Portland Syrups Rose Cordial Syrup
A fragrant, small-batch cordial handcrafted in Oregon. Whole dried rose blossoms, petals, and rose hips are slow-brewed in stages to capture the flower’s essence, creating a syrup that’s sweet, subtly tart, and beautifully floral without tasting perfumey.
Made with 40% less sugar than typical mixers, yet packed with real flavor in every pour. Splash it into sparkling water or lemonade for an easy mocktail, stir into gin, vodka, or Champagne for an elegant cocktail, or drizzle over ice cream and into tea or coffee drinks.
Our favorite cocktails with the Rose Cordial:
- Rose Champagne Sparkler — 1 oz Rose Cordial + 4 oz chilled Champagne or Prosecco, poured over ice with a lemon twist
- Rose Gin Fizz — 1.5 oz gin, 0.75 oz Rose Cordial, 0.5 oz lemon juice, topped with soda water; garnish with a dried rose petal
