We are a family owned and operated, design, cut & sew leather shop who has been operating via E-Commerce/ Trade shows since 2015. We are working into our third year of a brick and mortar retail location and are ready to welcome more members to our team. As a business who is incredibly community focused you will find we are more than just a retail store, but a hub for positive community interaction and exceptional guest hospitality.

What you’ll do in your role.

As a member of our team as a Fulfillment Specialist for Axe and Awl and Hook and Irons Co you can expect to be trained in the following areas to ensure the below expectations are met;

• Showing up to your shift on time, with a positive mindset, ability to engage with guests and the willingness to learn
• Typical routine clean up of fulfillment space and common areas (Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Etc.)
• Maintaining and receiving shipping inventory and restocking of shipping related materials
• Picking, packing and labeling orders
• Scheduling postal pick up with various entities
• Fostering positive vendor relationship with postal crews, and shipping material providers
• Printing and carrying out fulfillment operations via Shipstation
• Fulfillment hourly needs will range throughout the year with common schedule being 3 days per week(Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 10-4, with days ramping up to 4-5 days per week during peak ecommerce season.
• Hourly availability would be 18+ hours per week Monday, Wednesday, Friday
