We are a family owned and operated, design, cut & sew leather shop who has been operating via E-Commerce/ Trade shows since 2015. We are working into our third year of a brick and mortar retail location and are ready to welcome more members to our team. As a business who is incredibly community focused you will find we are more than just a retail store, but a hub for positive community interaction and exceptional guest hospitality.

What you’ll do in your role.

As a member of our team as a Retail Associate you can expect to be trained in the following areas to ensure the below expectations are met;

  • Showing up to your shift on time, with a positive mindset, ability to engage with guests and the willingness to learn
  • Greeting/ Answering questions of in-store guests, and providing a unique shopping experience
  • Assisting with store phone calls
  • Typical routine clean up of retail space and common areas (Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Restrooms, Etc.)
  • Maintaining retail displays and restocking, while continuously learning effective visual merchandising techniques
  • Handling Point of Sale/Checkout
  • Receiving and maintaining retail stock via point of sale system
  • Cash Drawer reconciliation and close-out
  • Serve guests food and bev offerings in store via can, bottle and draft offerings
  • Retail store is open Wednesday-Saturday from 10-5, with the addition of Sunday from 12-4 occurring soon. Hours will be shared between two team members making up 32 hours total with several times of year calling for two retail associates on shift
  • Special Event Participation. We host several events throughout the year and they commonly require the full team be in-house. These events occur typically on Friday evenings 6-10pm, and Saturdays from 8am-11pm
  • Hourly availability would be 16-32 hours per week with rotating weekends amongst other retail associates

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly stand for extended periods of time
  • Move or lift objects regularly from 1-50 lbs
