Art After Dark with Magenta Sunshine

We’ve got quite the weekend line up for you!

Kicking us off on Friday night is a set from the highly requested Magenta Sunshine!

Ever since bringing them out for Apple Harvest Festival 3 years ago they have been a staple of live music hosted here at Axe & Awl.

In their own words: Magenta Sunshine encompasses a wide stratum of Asheville, NC-based musicians and artists.  The group has gained popularity for high-energy live performances and is known for incorporating elements of rock, jazz, and world music into through-composed compositions.  Described as, “electrifying and elegant”.
