Located just west of Asheville, Nc , nestled in the heart of downtown Waynesville, our venue offers a sophisticated and versatile environment that is perfect for both professional and artistic pursuits.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can you accommodate?
Weather permitting the use of our outdoor space, we can fit 30 guests comfortably inside the shop. We have seating available on our patio for 42 people however, with tables and chairs removed we can fit 50 people on our patio. With interior and exterior combined, 70 people can move through the shop and outdoor space comfortably.
What is your cancellation policy for private events?
Cancellation of event prior to 2 weeks out from event will allow for a full deposit refund. Cancellation within 2 weeks of event will forfeit your deposit.
Is there a minimum booking time for my event?
Yes, we require a minimum of 3 hours for all private events.
What types of private events can you accommodate?
We are always looking for ways to expand our private event offerings and are set up to accommodate a variety of gatherings. These include, but are not limited to, wedding parties, birthday gatherings, anniversary parties, private group classes, corporate gatherings and private cocktail hours to name a few. If your event does not fall into one of these categories feel free to reach out to see how we can help make your event one to remember.
What are your package prices for private events?
We currently offer 3 packages to meet all of your private event needs. Head over to our venue rental page to fill out an inquiry!
Is music available if we are not booking a band?
Yes! We have speakers throughout the shop and on our back patio that boom! Upon booking your event you will be contacted and asked for music preferences. This can be in the form of a playlist our staff curates for you or a playlist you share with us to play.
How do I check the availability of the venue for my desired date and time?
You can check our availability and make inquiries by contacting our booking team through our website. We'll be happy to assist you.
Can I visit the venue before making a booking?
Yes, we encourage you to schedule a site visit to get a feel for the space. Contact our team to arrange a visit.
Can we bring our own vendors (caterers, decorators, etc.) or do you have preferred vendors we must use?
You have the flexibility to choose your own vendors, but we can also provide a list of preferred vendors if needed.
Do you offer any in-house services, such as catering or event planning assistance?
We can provide catering services, and our team can assist you with event planning, but these services may be optional. Let us know your needs, and we'll work with you to create a custom package.
Is parking available for guests at the venue?
Yes, we have ample street side parking along with a free parking garage a block away.
Can I decorate the venue to fit my event’s theme or style?
Yes, you can decorate the venue to match your event's theme. We'll work with you to ensure your decorations adhere to our guidelines.
Is there a required deposit or advance payment to secure the booking?
Yes, we typically require a 50% deposit or advance payment to secure your booking.
