- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Customized Items: Due to the unique nature of customized or personalized items, these sales are final unless there is a craftsmanship defect.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges(we often have these on file, but the more information the better when possible)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email care@axeandawl.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Approval & Shipping: If eligible, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
